Grosgrain vs Satin
Tap a material name in your order form after comparing the visual guide below. Actual ribbon color and texture can vary slightly depending on stock and lighting.
Grosgrain
Visible horizontal ribs with a firmer, textured ribbon surface. A popular choice when you want the label texture to be noticeable.
Satin
Smoother, softer-looking ribbon with a light sheen. Best when you want a cleaner and more refined finish.

Size, Orientation & Position Guide
Use the orientation as your guide for where the cloth label will usually be attached. A folded sleeve/side tag is prepared in portrait so the ribbon can fold and show a front and back; horizontal/landscape layouts are normally used for neck, brand, side or hem labels.
Available in Satin and Grosgrain, subject to ribbon size and stock availability.
Folded / Sleeve / Side TagPortrait artwork. The ribbon is folded so each half can become the visible front and back.
Neck / Brand TagLandscape / horizontal artwork, commonly centered at the neckline or used as a sideways brand label.
Hem / Side LabelUsually a wider horizontal label for the garment hem, side seam or outer branding.
Neck TapeLong narrow strip such as 0.5 × 3 in or longer sizes for repeated branding or neck-tape application.
